1. Terms of Service

Services Provided:

Spadetto Services offers residential cleaning, post-construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning services, as requested by the client.

Scheduling and Cancellations:

• Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a partial fee (up to 50% of the service cost).

Access to the Property:

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the visit may be considered a missed appointment and a fee may be charged.

Responsibility and Care:

Our team is trained to care for your space as if it were our own. However, fragile or high-value items must be communicated beforehand. Spadetto Services is not liable for damages caused by incorrect information or omissions.

Payments:

Payment must be made as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and bank transfers.
